glasser coffee company was established in the middle of 2020, and it was a pivotal year of uncertainty. owner alex kim set out to create a space that not only reflected his love for coffee, but all things related to his passions. with his experience in the food industry, from starting up coreanos allston with his family to opening up a food truck, to having experience in woodworking and construction, he was able to utilize every facet of his experiences. the mindset has always been there from the start: to create the best possible product with meticulous care.

sarah kim's first job out of college was working at a local coffee shop in syracuse, ny. since then, the coffee industry has been helping her transition from one chapter in her life to the next. she graduated from the bookbinding program at the north bennet street school in 2018, and joined alex on his coffee venture in july 2020.
